Investment Management Company: Accounting System Replacement

The IMP project sought to replace nearly all back office processes for an internally managed portfolio exceeding $150 billion. As the IT team lead, Marni oversaw the teams and deliverables of four distinct technology streams: conversion, integration, application and systems integration testing.

Public Safety Service: Dispatch System Replacement

The NetCAD project successfully replaced 4 distinct dispatch systems with a single integrated platform allowing the service to modernize dispatch processes and leverage leading-edge industry technology. As senior business analyst, Marni delivered life saving technologies to the service including automatic vehicle location system and in-ambulance dispatch systems.

Post Secondary Institution: Student Information System Replacement

The METRO project replaced a custom student information system (SIS) with a COTS product that natively integrated with the existing accounting package. As senior business analyst, Marni led the configuration of the new SIS and collaborated with the registrar and admissions offices to overhaul their business processes to leverage the power of the new system. During phase 2 of the program, Marni led the effort to redesign the student accounts receivable processes with the finance team.
